Ericson W. Enger
Ericson is an Associate in the firm’s Product Liability and Mass Tort Litigation practice groups.
Specifically, Ericson works as a member of Maron Marvel’s Fraud, Investigation, and Internal Auditing Department (“FIA”). FIA utilizes investigation and auditing techniques in the field of mass tort litigation, uncovering and exposing misconduct that has been parlayed into millions of dollars of relief and savings for clients. As a member of FIA, Ericson oversees complex investigations and analyzes various sources of intelligence providing extensive risk assessments to detect fraud.
Ericson graduated Magna Cum Laude from Mississippi College School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of the Mississippi College Law Review and a member of the Mississippi College Moot Court Board. While in law school, Ericson was selected to join the Order of the Barristers and was a member of the Charles Clark Inn of Court and Phi Delta Phi.
Prior to joining the firm, Ericson served as a Judicial Law Clerk to former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Mississippi, William L. Waller, Jr.
