Christi G. Jones

Christi Jones is a director in our Mississippi office.

Christi has a robust insurance defense practice, defending insurers and their insureds in personal injury and wrongful death matters. Her practice includes litigating cases in Mississippi and managing high-volume litigation on a national basis. Since 2008, Christi has represented product suppliers and equipment manufacturers targeted in asbestos litigation. She has served as national counsel for diversified global companies frequently targeted in mass tort litigation, and defended a major American chemical manufacturer with significant asbestos liabilities in Mississippi. Christi also has significant trial experience, particularly with jury selection, having co-managed jury selection in several of the most high-risk and “plaintiff-friendly” venues in Mississippi. Currently, Christi also serves as fraud, investigation, and audit counsel for a multi-national oil and natural gas producer. As a result of her exceptional performance, Christi has a stellar reputation among her peers, having received an AV® Preeminent Rating by Martindale-Hubbell®. She is also among Martindale-Hubbell’s Bar Register of Preeminent Women Lawyers, Top Rated Lawyers in Mass Torts, and has been selected to the Mid-South Rising Stars® list since 2013.
