Jack McCants, a Director in our Jackson, Mississippi office, represents numerous manufacturers in product liability and toxic tort matters throughout the nation. His current practice includes local, regional and national coordinating counsels. Jack also has considerable experience defending general product liability, personal injuries, and pharmaceutical matters. Jack has successfully litigated thousands of claims alleging PCB and welding rod fume exposure in some of the most high risk jurisdictions in the nation. Jack's background in the field of Toxicology and his experience in a diverse range of toxic tort litigation provide insight, implementation of cost efficient strategies, innovation, and an ability to provide a solution to a client's complex problems.
