McNeil Kemmerly is a Director in the New Orleans, Louisiana office. Following graduation from LSU Law School, he was a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Charles A. Marvin of Louisiana Second Circuit Court of Appeal for a year, and then began practicing general litigation and office practice in 1985. Since 1987, Mr. Kemmerly has represented multiple insurers and businesses throughout the state of Louisiana in property and casualty claim litigation, commercial litigation, construction litigation, oil and gas litigation, administrative proceedings, FOIA, land use, and appeals. Mr. Kemmerly was in-house counsel for Prudential Insurance Company for 15 years, during which he managed their New Orleans office. He is admitted to all Louisiana State and Federal courts and the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. He has served as an adjunct professor of law, teaching trial practice at Loyola School of Law, New Orleans. Mr. Kemmerly has received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
