Antoinette D. Hubbard is a Director and senior member of the Delaware asbestos litigation team, and has served as Regional Counsel for the firm's national personal injury litigation team.  As the firm's Diversity & Inclusion Director, Ms. Hubbard also spearheads the firm's diversity and inclusion program.

Ms. Hubbard has extensive experience in the defense of complex product liability and toxic tort matters including asbestos, tobacco, benzene, medical device and pharmaceutical cases.  She has successfully defended personal injury cases, including wrongful death and severe impairment claims, and numerous commercial cases in both federal and state courts.

Ms. Hubbard earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Bryn Mawr College and is a 1984 graduate of The Law School of the University of Pennsylvania.  Ms. Hubbard is a member of the bars of Delaware, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the Republic of Ghana. She earned certification as a Litigation Management Professional at CLM's Litigation Management Institute hosted at Columbia Law School.

Ms. Hubbard has written and lectured on diverse topics related to the defense and management of civil cases.  She has served as a lecturer and panelist at conferences held by The Products Liability Subcommittee of the Litigation Section of the ABA, The Products Liability Section of the Federation of Insurance and Corporate Counsel, and The Corporate Counsel Subcommittee of the Torts and Insurance Practices Section of the ABA.
