Karen S. Brehm is the firm's risk management coordinator in
national toxic tort litigation with extensive experience in the unique
field of litigation analysis. She brings over 20 years of mass tort
experience to these efforts. Karen also oversees the firm’s
development and use of specialized technology for litigation control
and risk management. She serves as the firm's in-house adviser on
ethics and compliance with professional responsibility issues. |

Paul A. Bradley
Paul A. Bradley heads our Delaware trial practice. He has over 25
years litigation experience in toxic torts, traditional products,
pharmaceuticals, medical devices and commercial disputes,
including the representation of creditors in Delaware bankruptcies.
He currently serves as the firm’s Managing Director. |

Catherine Pyune McEldowney is the firm's national toxic tort chemicals, environmental and personal injury litigation coordinator. With 20 years of experience in complex mass tort, environmental and personal injury litigation, she ensures the execution of our clients' strategic defenses nationally. Robert B. Anderson brings over three decades of varied experience, having practiced as both in-house and outside counsel. In addition to his local litigation practice, he heads the regional toxic tort chemicals trial team and is the firm's discovery coordinator. |

Andrew Constantine II is one of the firm's senior trial attorneys. He
has successfully tried asbestos cases and today serves as a member of
national trial teams for major defendants nationwide. Andrew has

Eric J. Kadish is one of the firm's senior trial attorneys in
Pennsylvania and New Jersey mass toxic tort litigation. He has more
than 25 years experience in all aspects of trial practice, including
expert and lay witness depositions, settlement negotiations and trials. |

John G. Gaul
John G. Gaul is the firm's resolution coordinator in mass toxic tort
asbestos litigation. For over 30 years, John's practice has
involved the management of national asbestos litigation on behalf of
numerous corporate defendants, first with the Asbestos Claims
Facility, then as Director of Law for the Center for Claims
Resolution. He is currently Managing Director of the firm's Philadelphia
office. |

Onofrio de Gennaro is part of the firm's national litigation
coordination effort and is a member of the regional trial team. He
also represents clients directly in the Delaware, New Jersey and New York courts. In these roles, he ensures the execution of clients' strategies nationally, regionally and locally. |

Antoinette D. Hubbard is a senior member of the Delaware toxic tort asbestos trial team. Ms. Hubbard also is a member of the firm's national personal injury litigation team and serves as a Regional Coordinator. |

Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He develops and implements clients'
defense strategies using his relationships in the legal and professional
community. Mark has over 20 years of toxic tort, product liability

With over 30 years of relevant experience, Meryl heads the firm’s
environmental practice. In that role she handles regional
underground storage tank and related petroleum based environmental
matters. She also maintains a varied litigation practice that includes
commercial and toxic tort matters. She is a senior trial attorney at the

Stephanie A. Fox heads the firm’s bankruptcy practice bringing
many years of experience representing creditors in Delaware matters.

For over 20 years, James P. Hadden has represented clients and supervised toxic tort litigation on a national level in State and Federal Courts. He also has extensive experience with products liability, silica and ephedra litigation and with professional negligence and construction cases. Following law school, he served as a Philadelphia Assistant City Solicitor in the Claims Unit until entering private practice in 1984. |
