Mark uses a strategic and outcome-oriented approach to litigation to get his clients the results they want. A significant portion of Mark's practice focuses on toxic tort and asbestos litigation. He defends chemical industry companies, refineries, product manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, suppliers, and contractors in toxic tort litigation throughout the United States. The scope of his capabilities involves issues of strict liability, negligence, employer and premises liability in strategic partnership with outside counsel and insurance carriers in asbestos litigation.
