MacKinley B. Phelps

MacKinley Phelps is an Associate in the firm's Dallas, Texas office.

MacKinley focuses his practice on General Liability litigation.  He has expensive experience representing insurance companies and their insureds through all stages of the litigation process including initial pleadings, written, oral, and expert discovery, summary judgment, alternative dispute resolution, and trial support. 

While attending law school, MacKinley was a Judicial Extern for Chief Justice Nathan Hecht, Supreme Court of Texas.
