Benjamin L. Careathers
Benjamin Careathers focuses his practice on defending companies, insurers, businesses, and property owners facing asbestos and other toxic tort and hazardous substance claims.
Benjamin is experienced with nearly every level of the litigation process, and has helped to devise and implement the strategy for several high-profile cases. In addition to his work with toxic torts, he has also represented clients in matters including real estate, finance, contracts, automotive product liability, and medical malpractice.
Benjamin is a dedicated volunteer, providing pro bono counsel to individuals in need of legal representation. He is also a passionate advocate for animals and has worked as a volunteer for shelters and reserves in the United States and abroad.
